Washington Square Park Fence Painting

Our 2008 project was quite a challenge because it took place outdoors. We made plans to repaint the fence at Washington Square Park in downtown Newport - but our efforts were repeatedly foiled. Painting of course requires dry weather - but also weather within a certain temperature range or the paint will not work. This project was postponed at least four times! Finally it was actually conducted in the spring of 2009!
