Citrus Fundraiser

Every winter, we conduct a citrus fundraiser. We coordinate with an orchard in Florida to have boxes of oranges and grapefruit shipped directly from the harvest straight to the loading dock at the Newport Hospital, and into your hands. You literally have it within days of it having been on a tree in Florida! This fruit is typically a month fresher than what you can get in a local market. If kept cool, your order can stay fresh and delicious for 6-8 weeks or more.

We solicit orders from mid-October to just before Thanksgiving.  Our shipment will arrive on Saturday, December 7, 2013.

We do order extra fruit - however, to be assured of your selection, it is always best to place your order in advance!

In addition to providing fruit to local food pantries and meal sites, 100% of the proceeds are used for charitable purposes (Newport Rotary local and international projects, scholarships, and youth leadership programs).
